Dukes, Dukes, Keating & Faneca, P.A. is a full service law firm, offering a variety of services for business, insurance, governmental agencies and individual clients. With more than 45 employees, our firm has grown into one of the larger firms along the Mississippi Gulf Coast, most of whom are Gulf Coast natives. We have longstanding, substantial ties to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and surrounding communities as well as the State of Mississippi. These relationships help to enable our firm to offer superior professional services to our clients.

For many years, the attorneys and support staff of Dukes, Dukes, Keating & Faneca have been deeply involved in local community, civic and public affairs and matters of philanthropic interest, as well as of benefit to their State and Country. Continuing commitments to community and civic affairs foster the strong relationships we enjoy on a local and state-wide level. Attorneys and support staff dedicate numerous hours in service to various charitable and civic organizations, volunteering their time and talent by serving on boards of directors and/or in other leadership roles.

With a diversified staff of attorneys and support personnel committed to excellence in service, we maintain a full-service commercial transaction, litigation, government agency and law enforcement practice, as well as a thriving and diverse insurance defense practice. Dukes, Dukes, Keating & Faneca strives to stay on the cutting edge of technology, constantly updating and utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, software and technology. As the cost of litigation rises, we are ever mindful of the negative impact this may have on our clients. Therefore, our firm implements cost and time saving measures to ensure not only uncomparable service to our clients, but the most cost effective service as well.

Since the firm's inception, we have worked diligently to fashion relationships of confidence, reliance and trust with our clients. The firm originated with founder William F. Dukes following his retirement from the Federal Bureau of Investigation in 1968. In January 1983, the Law Firm of Dukes, Dukes & Keating was formed. As the general practice of the firm grew, along with the Gulf Coast community, the firm's name was changed in 1988 to Dukes, Dukes, Keating & Faneca, P.A.

Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and the Judiciary.

Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings fall into two categories - legal ability and general ethical standards.

There are two components to each Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating:

1. Legal Ability Ratings
Legal Ability Ratings take into consideration the standard of professional ability in the area where the lawyer practices, the lawyer's expertise, and other professional qualifications. If a lawyer's practice is limited or specialized, Peer Review Ratings are based on performance in those specific fields of law.

Legal Ability Ratings are:
C - Good to High
B - High to Very High
A - Very High to Preeminent

2. General Ethical Standards Rating
The General Ethical Standards Rating denotes adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics, reliability, diligence and other criteria relevant to the discharge of professional responsibilities.

The General Recommendation Rating is:
V - Very High
