Je'Nell was born in Mount Holly, New Jersey on August 4, 1965. She is licensed to practice law in both California and Mississippi. Upon moving to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Je'Nell joined the firm of Dukes, Dukes, Keating & Faneca, P.A. in 2001.

Published in the Law Review: San Diego Justice Journal, Je'Nell authored "The Natural Father, I Presume" in 1993. She served as Literary Editor (1993-1994) and Senior Editor (1994). Je'Nell is also listed in Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities for the years 1993-1994 and 1994-1995.

Commercial, Real Estate, Civil Litigation and Probate are the areas of law in which Je'Nell focuses her practice.

Je'Nell is active in the Ocean Springs Soccer Organization and serves on its Board of Directors, including service as Secretary (2004-2005) and Vice President (2005-2006) for the soccer organization. She is active in the Ocean Springs Citizens for Progress, and regularly participates in other community and charitable fundraising activities.
